Character of Duties
Our RPG & FS Group perform following duties after getting charge of performing their professional skills: They perform duties at the main gates, at the rear of the complex and patrolling duties along the periphery.
They record the details of all the visitors; carry out the screening and searching. Our personnel will issue entrance passes to the visitors as directed by the management of our Client. If required our security staff escort them to the concerned officer for ensuring strict security.
They mark the attendance of the staff and the workers on registers or through punching machines.
They keep proper record of incoming and outgoing material through gate passes and Challans. Our supervisor staff will carry out day and night checking at your unit. They keep proper Record of issue and receipt of keys. They will carry out periodical fire-fighting practices as directed by the managements. They maintain fire-fighting registers indicating date and time of carrying out fire Fighting practices along with details of personnel who attended fire-fighting practices. Our administrative staff carries out surprise checking of the stores and equipment's. They carry out the checking of the transport either personal transport of company Vehicle, if desired. They assist the management in the matters concerning security. Our Sahara will maintain following registers.
WORKING HOURS:
Our security personnel will perform duties on working schedule of 48 hours week i.e. 8 hours per day and 6 days in a week. Relieving staff will be provided by us at your cost on the day when the regular staff avail their weekly off, i.e. 1/6th of the wages will be charged extra towards providing relievers.
SECURITY PREMISES:
You will be responsible for providing and maintaining security covers like fencing walls, lights, proper gates fire alarms, emergency light, etc., to enable us to make perfect security.
